How do I get started?

Who can apply?

Any legitimate website, blog, or digital platform may apply, from independent stylists to established publications. 

We reserve the right to decline applications that contain objectionable content (hate speech, graphic violence), infringe intellectual property rights, or otherwise conflict with our brand values.

International partners?

Qumasha wa Naqsha ships to select regions. If your audience is primarily outside our active shipping zones, please note that conversion may be limited. 

We will share updates as international services expand.

Are there any fees?

No. Enrollment in the affiliate program is complimentary there are no application fees or minimum sales thresholds.

How are orders tracked and credited?

We use link-based tracking and cookies to attribute sales. Every affiliate link contains your unique source ID. When a visitor purchases after clicking your link, the sale is credited to your account according to our tracking window.

Tracking window / cookie duration?

Qualifying purchases are credited within a 30-day cookie window from the user’s initial click. Returning customers who click your link renew the tracking window and continue to be credited.

Commission structure & payment?

  • Standard commission: 5% per qualifying transaction
  • Payment cadence: Monthly.
  • Reporting: Access real-time reporting and monthly statements via our partner dashboard.

What about returns and chargebacks?

If a sale is refunded or a charge reversed, any commission paid on that transaction will be debited from your account. 

Exchanges, replacements for lost/damaged items, or shipments that do not result in refunds will not affect earned commissions.

Where can I place links?

You may place affiliate links in site pages, editorial posts, social posts, and opt-in newsletters following best practices for responsible email permissioning. 

We prohibit spam and reserve the right to suspend partnerships that abuse opt-in lists or email policies.

Trademark and brand usage?

Affiliates must not use the Qumasha wa Naqsha trademark in search meta tags, paid search terms, or other traffic-generation techniques that misrepresent the program. 

Trademark usage guidelines are detailed in the Affiliate Agreement and must be followed strictly.

Reporting & optimization?

Your partner dashboard provides performance metrics, conversion data, and creative assets. Use these insights to refine placements, test creative treatments, and optimize your content for higher conversion.
