This Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy explains our rules and procedures for returning merchandise, exchanging items, and receiving refunds. Please read it carefully before contacting us.

Scope

This policy applies to purchases of Ready-to-Wear items from Abayas Qamasha Wa Naqsha. Custom-made or specially altered items are addressed below under Non-Returnable Items.

Return & Exchange Window

  • We offer a 3-day return and exchange period for Ready-to-Wear items. You must request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing and attach clear photos of the item and the damaged or incorrect areas.
  • Once notified, we will evaluate the issue and advise next steps. For confirmed defects or shipment errors we will cover return shipping costs and arrange a pickup where feasible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or bespoke abayas.
  • Ready-to-Wear abayas that have been altered after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper care after delivery.

If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, contact us before attempting a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  • Wait for approval: returns must be authorized before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions, or inform you of the return address to use. Follow the provided instructions carefully.

Shipping Costs

  • For domestic returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and arrange pickup where possible.

Note: Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item for a refund or credit, then place a separate new order for the desired item.
  • Where practical, and depending on inventory, we may be able to reserve or swap items, contact us to explore options.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • If your original purchase included a complimentary or promotional item, all items in the promotion must be returned to receive a full refund. If a complimentary item is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions above.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel Ready-to-Wear orders for a full refund if you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately to request cancellation.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and you will need to follow the standard return process upon receipt. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Company Decision in Case of Dispute

In the event of any disagreement or dispute regarding eligibility for return, exchange, or refund, the Company’s determination shall be final and binding, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy at any time and for any reason, including where changes are necessary in the public interest. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
