How can I pay for my order?

You can pay using credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

Online payment methods like Tabby, Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay are also accepted. For local customers, bank transfer options are available. You can also pay by cash on delivery or other trusted local methods

Is my payment data safe?

Yes, all direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council. Your payment data is handled quickly, easily, and securely. We also use SSL encryption to protect your data.

I can't complete my purchase with a credit or debit card, what should I do?

Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account. Other issues could be with your billing address or your 3-digit CV2 number. If all details are correct, contact your bank for assistance. You can also use any other payment methods available at checkout.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

For UAE orders, delivery takes 1-2 business days. For GCC orders, it takes 3-5 business days. For customized abayas, production is 10-12 business days, and domestic shipping is 2-5 business days after that. The expected duration is between 7-8 days, though this may vary depending on the product.

How much does shipping cost?

The standard shipping rate for all cities across the UAE is AED 25. Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on domestic orders over AED 500.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Orders

How long does delivery take?

UAE orders: 1–2 business days. 

GCC orders: 3–5 business days. 

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Yes, International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for any delays or costs caused by customs clearance.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, Please note that once an order has been placed, It can be canceled only within 1 hour of the purchase. 

What if I receive the wrong items or something is missing?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a photo and your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

What if I don’t like the Abaya after I receive it?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the abaya isn’t what you expected, you can easily exchange it or get store credit toward another design. 

Most exchanges are processed within 48 hours.

Do you offer refunds?

Our exchange policy lasts for 3 days. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • For domestic returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and arrange pickup where possible.

How do I know the size will fit me perfectly?

We provide a clear size chart with notes for each design. If you're unsure, It includes detailed measurements and tips on how to measure yourself for the best fit.

Are your Abayas high quality and worth the price?

Absolutely. Our Abayas are made from premium fabrics sourced from trusted suppliers, with fine stitching and finishing that pass strict quality checks before shipping.
